European Union Projects Fair in the framework of Europe Day 2017 celebration

The European Union Delegation is conducting the European Union Projects Fair in the framework of Europe Day 2017 on 31 May. Europe Day, held on 9 May every year, celebrates peace and unity in Europe. The European Union Delegation to Kazakhstan marks this event annually since 1999 through the set of actions promoting cultures of EU Member-States, European education and EU-Kazakhstan cooperation.


Considering the importance of this unique opportunity to promote the EU's values and actions here in Kazakhstan and in the world and ensuring synergy with EU Member-States and EU-funded projects, many HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) – participants of the projects that were funded under Tempus and Erasmus+ Programmes, Capacity Building for Higher Education and International Credit Mobility will participate in the Fair.

The Fair will take place on 31 May during day time (5-7pm) at the Astana Ballet theatre hall (1 floor), Uly Dala Avenue, 9, Astana.

Among the EU Projects Fair participants, who will present their project printed and electronic information, photo, video materials, demonstration slides, brochures, booklets, books, are the Kazakhstani HEIs - L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Al Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh National Medical University after S. Asfendiyarov, Karaganda State Medical University, Kokshetau State University after Shokan Ualikhanov, Kostanay Engineering and Economic  after M.Dulatov, Kazakh Agro Technical University after S.Seifullin, KIMEP University, Medical University "Astana", Kokshetau University after Abai Myrzakhmetov.

Among the projects that will be presented in the Fair are such projects as –
